GMOs

GMOs are genetically modified organisms which could be both plants and animals that are genetically engineered with DNA from certain bacterias, also viruses, or other plants and animals. Evidence shows that growing bodies connect with GMOs for health problems, damage with environmental damage and violations of farmers` and customers` rights. A company name involved with GMOs would be Monsanto. Monsanto is a sustainable agriculture company who deliver's agricultural products that support farmers all around the world.

My personal opinion of GMOs would be, I don't think they should be changing anything about animals, plants, or what were eating. I think GMOs should be labeled for those who want it can buy it, but those who don't, wont have to. My last opinion would be to label what they are doing or putting in to the the foods, plants, or animals to make a difference.

How clouds are formed? when I was younger I use to think that clouds are just huge cotton balls floating in the sky or something that was put there to show us the different shapes in the world. Then, being on a plane for the first time when I was nine years old, flying thru them, I realized that clouds are really just visible water vapor. I am going to give you a few clues and tell you exactly how clouds are made.

How clouds are made is when the the water evaporates, rises, and fills up the atmosphere. The water vapor in the sky clings to different numerous particles or dust found in the atmosphere. The dust in the atmosphere can come from many different things in the air including dirt, fires, sea spray, bacteria from any other living or non living thing. As water vapor rises, it begins to decrease in temperature. Now that the lower temperature of the air, is more eligible to hold its capacity of water vapor.

Each cloud is different. Their are several different types of clouds, Stratus, Altostratus, Cirrus, Cumulus. All of these clouds move though? Why? Because the clouds move with the wind. Some high cirrus clouds are pushed along by a certain jet stream. Clouds can travel up to 100 miles-per-hour. When a cloud from a thunderstorm is formed they usually only travel up to about 30 to 40 miles-per-hour. This is a little information that I think you would find interesting about clouds, because I know I did.

Being Charitable

One of the Charities that I support is the International Fund for Animal Welfare. This charity helps support the animals that are in danger. IFAW helps raise enough money to save any type of animals that need to be rescued, need a home, a family, or to be treated for injuries or sickness's. This charity will help any animal in danger for as long as it needs until cured.

This charity is important to me because I love animals. Animals need to be treated like people. There are people in this world that have no consideration for animals. There are so many animals being tortured, without a home, or are severely injured and they can't do anything to help themselves. Charities helping to support, rescue, or adopt any type of animals I will be there to support a much as I can.

This charity is so important to me because, I have seen animals in pain or without legs, or tails, and eyes. It hurts a lot of people to look at dogs, cats, dolphins or any other animal and to imagine them as there own. I do not think that animals should be treated any differently then how a human would be treated. I respect many charities but, IFAW is a charity I will have huge heart for.

My Expertise

We all have our own expertise, mine is soccer. Soccer has been a very important sport to me and I believe that it is an expertise of mine. I know a lot about this sport and love everything about it. At the age of four is when I started to play.

Some interesting things I know about this particular sport is, that it is made for your feet only. You can not use your hands in this sport unless you are a keeper. Soccer can also be a very aggressive sport. Soccer is also very frustrating for some people because, you need to know how to multitask. Soccer involves running, kicking, and defending your self and the ball all at one time.

Picking the topic of soccer, i'm going to explain it in my own words. Soccer is very athletic. A lot of people just think its just kicking a ball back and fourth, but its not it takes up a lot of your energy. Soccer is a sport you should all try some time because you would love it. Not everyone is good at soccer, but its a skill that takes practice. Take a look and see what you think.

Typing some more

1.) Some classes or exercise that I have done to help my typing skills were, in elementary school we would have to spend four days a week for at least 45 minutes typing words and sentences repeatedly.

2.) Another thing that I always had to do was in fifth grade the whole class would go to the computer labs every wednesday and take courses online on how to use proper grammar and correct punctuation on a key board by typing all sorts of sentences.

The Best Thing I Did This Summer

The best thing that I did this summer was, my family and I took a trip to where we are from. I was born in Pennsylvania. I grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to California in 6th grade for my dads job. All my family and close friends live in Pennsylvania so I don't see them very often . My family and I only go out to visit about once a year so, when I do go it is a very special thing for me. I went to Pennsylvania for two weeks this summer and the amount of fun I had was unbelievable. When I first flew in we stepped off the plane and my mom and I looked at each other with excitement because we made it there safely.
A couple day after being there we went to the beach where we all rent a beach house and all of our family friends do to. Its really interesting because my dads side of the family has 47 people all together. We all stayed at the beach for a week and a half. The whole family would sit on the beach for about eight or nine hours a day. Then we would go to the board walk which has a bunch of games and rides for us to enjoy. Seeing my whole family is amazing because we rarely ever get to see each other. Going back to Pennsylvania is always the high light of the past summers that I have lived in California. I look forward to going back next summer to have just as much fun and maybe even more.
